ISC2025 serves as a dedicated forum for stakeholders of the International EPD System (IES), designed to foster meaningful networking and collaboration. Participation is free of charge, made possible through the support of EPD International and our sponsors.
Stakeholders of IES can take part of ISC2025 in person or through livestreaming.
Onsite participation includes access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, interactive coffee table in a workshop format, as well as lunch and refreshments during coffee breaks. To complete this conference package, EPD International. on behalf of our sponsors, cordially invites all onsite participants to join the exclusive conference dinner, which will feature a live jazz concert in a theatre - an unforgettable experience combining networking and entertainment.
Due to conference venue capacity, onsite participation is limited to up to 2 participants from each organisation. Given the high-received interest in onsite participation, the Secretariat of IES kindly request that any changes—such as switching to online attendance or cancelling your registration—to be made no later than 31 July 2025. Please note that a €250 no-show fee will be charged for cancellations of onsite participation made after this date, or in the event of non-attendance without prior notice.
Online participation includes access to a live stream of all keynote presentations and panel discussions at the conference, allowing global stakeholders to follow along on the valuable insights exchanged throughout the event. Nonetheless, due to the facility limitations, participation in the interactive sessions (coffee tables) is not possible for online participants.
To maximise your online experience, there will be an online moderator to facilitate your questions raised to the keynote speakers and panelists to ensure a fruitful exchange and engagement.
Online participation is free of charge for all stakeholders of the IES.
